Select Files to Restore Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to restore data for a project or master project.

You can also restore specific ancillary files for a project instead of restoring the project with all of its ancillary files included. This dialog box displays only if you are restoring project or master project files.

You can only restore data for projects to which you have access. Ancillary files that correspond to an existing Cobra file that you do not have access to overwrite are greyed-out and cannot be restored.

Field Description
Restore Project as Use this field to restore the project or master project and the selected ancillary files to a different project or to a new project.
  • To select a different project, click to display the Project Lookup dialog box.
  • To create a new project, enter the name of the new project in this field. When you restore a project with a new name, you can not specify a different name for the ancillary files. If you specify a different project name, the calendar file is restored to the same name.
Use bulk data loader This checkbox defaults to the value set for the UseBulkDataLoader setting defined on the Advanced tab of the Application Preferences dialog box.

If UseBulkDataLoader is set to 1, this checkbox is selected. When you click the Restore button, Cobra will run the Restore process with the Bulk Data Loader method.

This checkbox is cleared if UseBulkDataLoader is set to 0. This checkbox is disabled if the Project node is not selected in the files to restore. The checkbox is hidden if you are using Cobra with a SQL Server database or with an Oracle database in an n-tier setup.
